I’ve always preferred the crisp air of the peaks to the heat of the sun. The mountains are where I feel alive, but they also taught me one thing: as beautiful as it is outside, the best part of the day is coming back home to my family.

In 2020, I decided to turn this passion into something real. I created Polar Star because I wanted to develop the kind of socks I couldn’t find ones that make you feel incredibly good the moment you slip them on, like a small refuge for your feet.

We are starting with socks, but I see Polar Star as something bigger. It’s a vision of a simpler, warmer life. Today, I’m just happy to warm the feet of those who, like me, know that greatness is built in the softness of small, honest steps.
